racinfarmer
I have a pair of Red Wings made in the US (many of them no longer are) and a pair of Carolinas. Both are good.

Weren’t you just complaining about your composit tactical not being able to shoot straight past 25 yards? Maybe you should buy a 1911. I figured out the problem with the help of my guru. I was gripping the gun too tight with my fingers on my right hand. I increased and equalized the palm pressure on both sides and all is good. I've shot several, just never been a fan of them. Closest I'll ever have to a 1911. Probably my favorite pistol I own.
