Gold Member BOHICA Posted April 19, 2018 Gold Member Share Posted April 19, 2018 That is not a lot really.... his salary over 20 year career... his initial worth if dumped in the stock market with no further contributions would prolly be worth 1.5 million. His congressional salary average over those years would be safe to say maybe average 170k a year so over the course of his congressional career he would have prolly made 3+ million... any of that salary invested in markets, 401’s, housing easily should push him over what the negative meme thing.... what about the worth that his spouse contributes.... racer254
Well, this is from 2012. I am not sure how the Huffington Post found his exact net worth down to the dollar. http://articles.latimes.com/2012/aug/25/nation/la-na-ryan-assets-20120826 By the time Ryan had entered Congress in 1999 at the age of 28 and filed his first disclosure statement, he reported assets between $167,000 and $1.3 million, owned a home and had three rental units.
