She is still the de-facto leader of the Dem party. Not necessarily because they want her to be (they sure as hell shouldn't) but because they are leaderless. They are adrift on a large ocean and listing badly. They cannot rally around a leader because they refuse to name one and refuse to accept one as they drift further and further out to a sea filled with the tears of hate and bitterness....and their followers row ever so steadily behind them in their little blow up life rafts.
