Is there really a town with that name ? That should make one proud to say you live there.

Japan is just trying to make sure that America will not be totally owned by China, who could bankrupt the USA, IF they called in all their outstanding loans. I,m not sure it,s a good thing to owe that much money to other countries. Can anyone describe in simple terms how this is a good thing for the USA ? What is the difference between having these loans from Japan or America, and why cann,t they get these same loans from their own government ?

Who were the brain dead mofos that approved that stupid limit, and how do we go about getting that ridiculous limit changed, ASAP ? That limit is not even close to being reasonable. I,m sure the OFSC had a big say in that as well, to help keep their insurance costs down.

I blew out my driveway this morning near the St. Lawrence River and we had about 8 inches, yes inches, of wet packy snow by around 10 am this morning. We now have at least another couples of inches on the driveway around 3.30 pm. Might head out to Limmerick Forest to run the main roads a bit tomorrow.

It,s not only slow. It is very painful, and a dumb limit, set by the OFSC to keep their trail insurance costs down. If they enforced that speed limit aggressively, our total group would get out of sledding, never to return. What a waste of OPP resources here in Ontario, that have to monitor and enforce 50 KPH trail speeds. I can understand having that limit near towns and cities, but out in the middle of a one mile long field, I don,t think so. We don,t snowmobile to go out bird watching, we love to travel the trails, shoot the breeze during stops, and have some nice meals in different clubhouses or restaurants. At 50 KMH, we could pack a lunch and eat it while driving with 1 hand. We tried driving at 50 kph one day for about an hour, and we were all going crazy, waiting for the time to be up to get back to our normal pace.

I,m assuming at the price it comes with a safety and e-test ?

Is that one you bought from the Queerbec sled rental outfit ? Does it have a real ownership ?

Kinda amazing they wouldn,t be smart enough to wear life jackets. Once mistake, and it could be deadly for both occupants.

Can you post a side picture of the helmet ? Do you know if the sizing runs small, the same or larger than most other manufacturers ?

Hey Irv, Good to see you back on here. Where is your short peckered Polaris accounting friend ? I think his name was red on the old site. LOL I think they are ugly as hell, and I ain,t putting that ugly thing on my sled. Glad I got to see the color before I purchased one.

Who are the color blind friggin idiots that pick these colors ? WTF would be wrong with white, black and silver, and next year go to black, silver and white, and the next year go to silver, black and white. We spend 15K on a sled, and mine happens to be white, orange, and black. That fuscia color looks like shit on a great looking sled, and I,m sure on many others as well. That color blends in with absolutely nothing else out there, unless you,re talking vintage sleds, maybe the Yamaha Vmax. I,m sure it would look just as ugly on the Ronald-Macdonald color schemes. Maybe it,s about time the paying members had a vote, while ordering this years permits on what colors next years should be.

Anyone know the totals for the early bird sled permits sold yet ?
