I don't know the full story but pretty sure the people couldn't get it running right and it got dumped by a few people out of frustration, I can see there are new parts like they were trying to get it working. The mag side crank seal was completely shot, falling apart and holes in it. There are 91 carbs on it that I suspect they swapped in to try to fix it but didn't know the needle jets are different. They had the right needles for 92 but I can tell the carbs are 91 and the needle jets were what 91's used. And that really made a huge difference. Even after the crank seals it would only run at idle and at wide open. I was happy to figure that out and now it runs mint on the stand.
