Stock market is betting on a Hillary win. It went up 2% after Comey said nothing in the emails are worth charging her.

That should hurt Donald's credentials as being good for business when that stock climbs that much on good news for Hillary.

This is in reverse to the biggest number of consecutive loses since 1980.

I happen to think it makes it very easy to commit fraud with early voting.  You can cast a ballot up to 3 times in Wisconsin with this.

I happen to know you're wrong and a complete dumbass.  :thumb:

“Any elector who, by accident or mistake, spoils or erroneously prepares a ballot may receive another, by returning the defective ballot, but not to exceed 3 ballots in all.”

http://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/6/III/80/2/c

In Minnesota, Ryan Furlong, the communications director for the secretary of state, cited its website, which explains how a voter may change a vote up to seven days before election day.

The question, “What if I returned my ballot and want to change my vote?” is answered on the Minnesota’s secretary of state’s website:

You can ask to cancel your ballot until the close of business one week before Election Day. After that time, you cannot cancel your ballot. To cancel your ballot, contact the election office that sent your ballot. Your options are to have a new ballot mailed; vote in person at your local election office; or vote at your polling place on Election Day.

IMO, no changes should be allowed at all.  If you want to vote early, it should be assumed that you have made a solid decision that nothing in the next couple of weeks should sway (barring your candidate quitting).  That's the risk of voting early...wanna vote early...fine...but your vote is your vote..no "retakes". It's a mess than I see has no real purpose except in the case that one cannot physically get to the polls.  Early vote ballots easily lead to fraud.
