The identified victims were ages 13 to 64. A 41-year-old man was found in a vehicle in an alley in the Lower West Side on Friday. He had been fatally shot during an armed robbery. Later in the day, a 16-year-old boy was discovered on the sidewalk around the 1200 block of W. 81st Street with gunshot wounds to the chest. After being taken to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead. A 13-year-old boy was riding his bicycle Saturday when a car drove by and an occupant shot him, grazing him in a knee. He was taken to a local hospital in good condition. A group of people were standing on the sidewalk early Sunday when an unknown assailant fired shots from the west alley of the street, striking two women and a man. Officers discovered a 29-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head in a flipped-over vehicle near the 3000 block of W. 21st Street on Sunday morning. If you make the move after your kids are out of HS...there are a few towns that have no affiliated H.S so property taxes are much cheaper. My town for instance...I have 400 feet of water frontage and pay about 6k in taxes. My sister was living in New Hartford till last year, taxes and electricity were killing them. Touching 9 grand and zero town services except for volunteer fire dept.
