The resort will not own their decision that they won't let snowmobiles on their property. They continue to try and play both sides of the fence claiming that they are committed to the community and working so resolve the trail issue when in reality they broke off any further communication weeks ago. Basically trying not to make themselves look like the bad guys. X2700 Posted November 7, 2022 Share Posted November 7, 2022 We have just finished up talking with all landowners on our trail system and all is good to go besides one small reroute. We cross multi million dollar farming operations and no ones worried about liability with our current insurer.not sure why this ski resort is so worked up? The insurance liability was just his excuse to make him not look as bad. Even the Michigan DNR had released a statement that they had me with them to cover any insurance issues and they still refused trail access.
