Platinum Contributing Member ViperGTS/Z1 Posted June 20, 2022 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted June 20, 2022 Still doesn't change the cost per head of cattle. As common as you want to make this occurrence.

Ya don't think they don't take that into their cost per head? Using numbers from @Snake 2M cows, at $2k/head, that's $2B. 10k at $2k/head is $20M. 1%? (Insert sarcastic voice) That's NOTHIN! Mag6240
Stories like this, during a heat wave, are spewed primarily for an agenda. The problem is, MOST people have no fucking clue how many cattle there are, much less in one tiny area they say 10k died, when it was 95+. I can remember driving into Fort Collins, Colorado last summer over the July 4th week, from the east, and passing MILES and MILES of cattle penned up along the side of US 34 going through the Kersey area, that you couldn't see the back side of at any point from the road. And guess what, it was HOT! I didn't get the death toll on that one...
