I'll see if I can find it I read basically the same article saying building has slowed and the mills are overstocked and there should be a price reduction. A 2x4x8 is $6.98 Cdn here and it has gone down about $1.50 sofar. A far cry from where it should be and the house we want to build is still $130K up from a year ago.
