You've still never made a valid point. Keep trying though, you're bound to stumble across one accidentally

So you have not been wife shopping on your travels with a case of old crow to trade straight up

LOL no but we used to trade 12packs of mountain dew for fresh salmon and moose all the time.  No joke. my first Tankerman had a wicked sweet tooth, and not surprisingly dentures, would only drink Mt Dew. So he bought an entire pallet of the shit and we stored it in the aft void of the barge. Well he went home sick after the first month and left all the dew with us so we traded for all kinds of shit!

I would have been the same guy but diet dew .

Did you guys take that barge out to sea ? Imagine they had to bring it up from washingtion or some shit at some point . Thinking that could be some real sketchy shit in a storm . I was in a real bad one one time and never went out again . The old man wanted to give me the boat and license few yrs latter and I was still like fuck that I am done .

it was built in Texas so it came up from there. We keep it Seward at Sockeye Pt shipyard. In the preseason we will will go to either Akutan or False Pass. Once we cross over into the Bering Sea we will take our first load of fuel and start the offloads. We go out to Nunivak about 1 or 2 times a week on average and also the Pribilof Is. and St. Mathews as well as St. Lawrence. We go as far north as Kotzebue Sound.

We are a flat bottom tug and barge, not really built for the rough water. Its much much more comfortable heavy. When we're light 5ft waves will make the pins rattle. A full load of 250K gallons and a 15ft waves is still be uncomfortable but nothing like that same wave will be with a light barge.

Yeah, but like most things, the “liberal issues” slowly start to make the entire area ugly.  Just sad.

Thankfully the liberalness of Iowa has stayed fairly confined to the college towns.
