Just a suggestion, put the General Discussion Forum with the C.E. at the top of the forum page and put the Snowmobile Forums under that. The only place you posted rules is in the Snowmobile Forums the C.E. should still be the same as it was before with it's posts. Some people are just asking for some rules like what you have posted for the snowmobile forums that want to talk snowmobiles and not current events and politics and ball busting.
