Wisconsin hospitals are at 90% capacity for both general and ICU beds. Mayo’s hospital chain in the northwest section is over capacity. Eau Claire’s Mayo center has opened additional resources to take extra. This is only November. Covid is consuming a large chunk of medical care. As for the rest of your post just the usual fucking blame the media blather. BTW my daughter has a roommate that’s a nursing student and works at Marquette General and it’s full.
