Last time I was out I seen two new cats for every 850. Was kinda surprised

Same. Maybe it’s the price point but I couldn’t believe how many more Cats I saw this season compared to others.

Did you get a Carlisle belt for your RR? Performance wise it’s so much better than the Cat belt. It does wear quicker though.

No I stuck with the stock belt and re clutched. Made a big difference

The 2021 800RR is a helluva deal for a new sled....jus sayin.

Add the freight and tax and all the other plus plus and I’m only a grand away from the 850 VR1.

$14k OTD for a 800RR.  $16k OTD for a 850 VR1 or 850 XRS.

I got a quote for 14,800 on the VR1 with the options I picked (129 1.5 track, 850 and ES) The cat RR was 13,700.

There is just simply no better price on this caliber of sled available.  NONE.

and what is the warranty difference,   because lets be honest when it comes to resell the poo with warranty is going to be worth at least 1500-2k more.

I got good belt life on my XP.  But, I’m not keeping a belt on any machine for that many miles.  The new Doos are having some weird problems with belts.  Not really sure why.  I think @Ez ryder did a lot of work trying to get the alignment fixed.  That’s a weird problem for Doo to have all of a sudden.

yep alignment was  shit ..had to buy more specialty tools and fuck around for a few nights.  no blown belts I. 700ish mi 3/4 of them under load . pulled first belt around 320 ish mi and it became the back up

The price I quoted was the dealer I like, not the one with the best pricing lol.

Not that much better in the US than a doo or poo if cat dealers don't discount off MSRP.  Both of those dealers give me $1500 off MSRP and a much longer warranty.

Incorrect on both the poo and doo.

14,800 OTD for the one I snowchecked. 137 with the 1.5 Storm.

I understand....Our Cat dealer in town stopped selling sleds more than a few years back so I don't really have one I like necessarily. Somebody on HCS said to call Munising so I did...Mega was a little more and Indian River was full MSRP plus taxes, setup, freight..etc...zero discounts.
