Justin Trudeau is Doing a Great Job

Monsef keeps on shining and proving that she belongs as a window cleaner and not a minister in charge of anything. She has now launched an online survey that is so evasive of the one single question... does the system need to change from first past the post or is it fine the way it is. This is after she told the committee that they were lazy since they didn't tell her what she wanted to hear and then had to apologize.

Seriously AB has more than paid their way over the decades and contributed more to transfer payments than anyone else.  They will get better, just need to fire the NDP.  I will start to worry when they become a transfer payment basket case like QC and now ON.

There should only be one question.

It needs to be an official referendum.  However there is no reason to change anything.

Yup... that's how they described the survey... questions like should there be online voting but no matter how you answer it you know it is designed to give the response she wants to hear.

Let me know when there GDP reaches Ontario - take away oil and what do we have?

Ontario gives more than almost all of the other provinces but you knew that

AB doesn't need help.  If they could keep more of what they made instead of handing it over to the have nots they would be set.  Keep supporting the leftards who keep spending more than they bring in.

We are a have not unless you haven't kept up.

I do vote in elections and know what I want. In this case there isn't any need to change the electoral process that has served Canadians well for 150 years. As for waste of $M's on a referendum....:lol2: Coming from you that is the most asinine statement of all time. You're the one that says $1B wasted in Ontario on gas plants is nothing to worry about along with all of the other $B's that have been wasted. Now you are concerned about $M's on a NATIONAL BASIS FOR SOMETHING AS FUNDAMENTAL TO THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS AS VOTING. Your stupidity continues to shine on. :lol2:

Yes and so is Alberta now, you know we were not one just a few years back but what ever WYNNE fixed that.  And we will again be a HAVE very soon

Canada dies without Ontario PERIOD

A Wikipedia chart that is relatively meaningless without context. As usual another Fail from Fail. What year is this? What are the missing headers? Are they $ or thousands of $'s? Is it transfer payments from Ottawa or is it monies given to Ottawa?

You really have an affinity for pulling up meaningless numbers and trying to say.... see here's my useless proof. You must be a member of the Chretien club... a proof is a proof.

You are welcome to search GDP and post your findings just don't make it a longwinded post

Common knowledge Ontario is 40% of our money - of course once Brown gets in your statement will change no doubt

Fail... you made a statement about countries around the world and were asked to back that up with fact... the best you can come up with is a comment from Trump. Did you listen to the whole thing where they commented on the poor performance with Jimmy Carter.. and he is talking about the US economy. He aslo said it shouldn't have done as well as it has and he is not looking at a lot of history, perhaps the last 40 years. You said countries.... that is plural Fail. Where is your BS to back up that claim. That's right there isn't any. It came out of your imagination.

Quick Facts Lies

  • The Premier announced the first-quarter results today during a visit to Infusion, a Toronto technology solutions development company that employs 200 people in Ontario’s growing technology sector.
  • Since the recessionary low in June 2009, employment has increased by 625,100 net new jobs. Ontario now has 352,600 more jobs than at the pre-recessionary peak — a 5.3 per cent gain.
  • Ontario’s unemployment rate declined to 6.4 per cent in June, which is below the national average and the lowest rate since September 2008.
  • Private-sector forecasters project on average that Ontario’s real GDP will grow by 2.6 per cent in 2016, up from 2.3 per cent at the time of February’s 2016 Budget.
  • The government is projected to meet its deficit target for the seventh year in a row, and it remains on track to eliminate the deficit next year in 2017–18 and maintain a balanced budget in 2018–19.

I thought the new Prez would be good enough, posting the debt for Conservatives doesn't seem to work although its 3/4 of our debt

I sit back and wait

More important to look at gdp per capita, also average wages are much much higher in AB.  That must really hurt.

Much more telling is the Canadian GDP

Significant increases year over year until the global economic melt down in 2008 and then back on track continuing to grow until 2013 with a slight drop in 2014 then a nose dive with Truedope in 2015. It will be interesting to see 2016.
