How dumb would you have to be to refer to a chuck eye steak as a roast???

The price for bone in is typically less than boneless so you arent paying much more if anything. The bones are a welcome addition to any steak and roast and we use them for soup stock at times as well

Bone in for the win. Best flavors!

You don't.  Every rib eye steak would be technicality a rib steak, but not every rib steak is a rib eye steak.  Rib steak encompasses eye, but is usually reserved for meat outside the eye (5-1).

The tomahawk usually has the longer length of bone for looks, if it's trimmed short cowboy is usually the way to go.  Same idea on meat though, with 2 ribs worth of meat or so on a single bone.  :bc:

I was gonna French cut an entire rib roast this year but ended up purchasing a boneless instead of ordering a bone in. Next year maybe

No, the bone doesn't make or unmake the eye a steak.

A rib eye steak can be a steak with or without the bone.

Learn how to read you fucking retard. A rib eye has no bone. A rib steak contains the eye as well as the lip and can have bone in or removed. The rib eye is just that, the centre portion of the rib steak. You fucking idiots no nothing about beef. Closest you ever got to fine dining is an applebees.
