What about the Blackwater guys that randomly killed kids and various civilians in Iraq while being paid top cash. Do they get to vote?

Show me in the constitution where it says they shouldn't get a vote

Dumbfucks

Well I can show you where they leave it up to the states to decide which crime removes the right to vote.

Section 2 of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which proclaims that States in which adult male citizens are denied the right to vote for any reason other than "participation in rebellion, or other crime"
