Are the glorious dumps I use to have before the weight loss....

Fuck me its like work trying to take a decent dump these days....

Ive tried senikot and got some relief and I eat alot of fruit and veggies and drink at least 2 to 4 litres of water / day.

Anyone else gone through this?

Other then my knee pain pretty much gone....its a pita....cant drink tons of alcohol anymore....cant eat tons of wings....i have much more energy but i find it makes me restless at night...im lucky if i can get 5 hrs of sleep a night. 

And this pooping thing is really getting old.

If I don't go twice a day I'm worried you probably need more grain fibre and less fruit :dunno:
