Unofficially yeah, still in process, but I’m here most of the time now. Mom passed back in April so things became expedited. Now just working moving the rest of the “stuff” and selling her place and mine back in the Twin Cities. I like it here - let’s hope we have a good winter! Michigan is a lot closer, probably be UP there more as time goes on…

not at all, there's a month of the entire year up there, which is a few weekends realistically where you might really want a/c but we're always outside way more than we are inside how many do you have hanging out of the windows of your tar paper shack?
