But Elvis told me to get it, so I did. In April 1955 more than 200 000 children in five Western and mid-Western USA states received a polio vaccine in which the process of inactivating the live virus proved to be defective. Within days there were reports of paralysis and within a month the first mass vaccination programme against polio had to be abandoned. Subsequent investigations revealed that the vaccine, manufactured by the California-based family firm of Cutter Laboratories, had caused 40 000 cases of polio, leaving 200 children with varying degrees of paralysis and killing 10.

Another interesting fact. Once we were married, the wife announced that she had stopped taking her birth control. I was like "cool, not like you're going to get pregnant right away." My son was born March 28, 1993.

Pretty awesome finish to the PGA Championship today. I've always been a fan of Xander and it was only a matter of time before he won a major. Now for something funny.

I got married with in a week of Indy in 1992 because the first wife figured I'd remember the date.... May 29, 1992.
-
Me too. I remember being excited about Indy for 3-4 weeks. The "On the Bubble" qualifying was great excitement. Stories of teams who had worked for a year just to take a shot at qualifying. It was great entertainment. You really felt like a part of the action.

Is there an issue with that? You expect him to sacrifice his own money on everything?..... especially the witch hunts? People who donate money are well aware that the money is going to help his campaign and/or legal expenses..... They donate willingly. .... And some profit on the items they purchase. The sneakers were a golden opportunity and a huge miss for me.

So do I..miss those days.

When you buy his stupid shit that turns into his money you dummy!
