If reducing the number of guns does nothing to reduce gun violence, then explain why you are the only western nation that continues to have mass shootings on an average of one per day.  vs Canada, England, Japan, Australia, Germany.

Well... Chicago has had some of the strictest gun laws in the country and even had a ban on hand guns in the city limits. Yet gun violence is the highest in the country. Probably 90% of the gun violence is with illegally obtained firearms. Guns can and are smuggled just like drugs or anything else. You create a market and someone will fill it. I think you would have a lot more success if you banned gang bangers. :bc:

It’s bitches like you two who are part of the problem. You equate owning a gun with being tough. You think that being able to kill somebody by pulling a trigger somehow makes you tough.

It’s a great sales job by the NRA and you’ve fallen for it.

 i hope you never stop posting your emotional diatribes , i think youre hysterical

Is there a border between Chicago and the rest of the country? Would you say it’s harder to smuggle a gun into Chicago than Windsor?

not that Chicago is a big problem on the mass shooting topic. Check the link.

I like how every one of you gun loving bitches keep accusing me of being an idiot.

Yet you haven’t been able to take on any of my arguments.

If people will find another way to kill, (a mantra often repeated here) why haven’t other western countries had mass knifings, bombing, or vehicular attacks that match the US mass gun murders?

If you believe in the second amendment, why aren’t you part of a well regulated militia?

Have the mass murderers this year been part of a well regulated militia?

since the idea behind having a well armed civilian population is to keep the government in check, why don’t you have access to the same weapons? Jets, cruise missiles, atomic bombs. Why did you allow us government to win the arms race?

When is this well armed militia going to act?  Twice the electoral college chose the president instead of voters. They’ve spent you 20 trillion into debt. A significant portion of the population believed Obama was a Kenyan born Muslim plant who was making side deals with the Russians.    Now Trump is making side deals with the Russians, putting his unelected family in positions of power and no one is or has done jack shit.

It sure looks like you get all the bad side effects without any of the intended results.

Bumping this comment since it scared so many of you. BOO!

A well armed militia is only half of the groups selected in the 2nd.

Know what the other group is?  :dunno:

In most American states, including many with large urban population centers, responsible adults have easy access to ordinary firearms, and they are permitted to carry them in public. Experience has shown that these policies do not lead to increased levels of violence. Criminals pay no more attention to gun control regulations than they do to laws against murder, rape, and robbery. Armed citizens, however, prevent countless crimes and have saved many lives. What’s more, the most vulnerable people—including women, the elderly, and those who live in high crime neighborhoods—are among the greatest beneficiaries of the Second Amendment. If the courts require the remaining jurisdictions to stop infringing on the constitutional right to keep and bear arms, their citizens will be more free and probably safer as well.

Another day, more deflections. The nra own more than half the senate.  University professors come cheaper than that.

Where is the paper he published? Or is this professor so lazy he didn’t (or couldn’t ) provide any studies. Just took the nra cash and wrote this

My questions still stand and you dummies can’t come up with any answers.

To answer your  question, the Supreme Court has ruled several times that individuals have the right to bear arms without belonging to a militia, here's a recent ruling.

In its June 26 decision, a 5-4 majority of the Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment confers an individual right to keep and bear arms, and that the D.C. provisions banning handguns and requiring firearms in the home disassembled or locked violate this right.Jun 26, 2015

Why don’t you try answering my questions first. I’ll get to yours later.

But while we wait here are some fun facts.  The US have have more mass shooting deaths (that’s not all firearm deaths. Just mass shooting).  In November than Canada has had in 20 years.  We have 1/10th the population do that number should be 10 months.

In fact you had more incidences in 30 days than Canada has had since 1689.    You dumb fucking savages.

5-4.   A fucking landslide.  Lol. You aren’t so naive as the think they weren’t paid to vote that way.  You must have enough common sense to know that there is no money coming for people who vote against it

You people are the ones that keep mentioning the 2nd amendment as a reason. I asked which of you belong to a militia or which shooters.

I answered your question..no requirement to be in a Militia.

Biggest issue in the US is the courts coddle criminals rather than jailing them. Does Canada have  gangs roaming the streets in the cities, you think criminals here would turn in their weapons if any law would pass stating that? They'd be the only ones with weapons. Honestly you have zero idea and should mind your own countries business and stay out of something you know nothing about.
