Both sides need to agree upon a science based point in the pregnancy (heartbeat, brain activity, lung function, ect) wherein we consider the fetus a distinct human. And government/society should not have a say in her decision. Reality is let's keep it safe, educated, and available vs bogus obstacles that only lead to the potential of unsafe abortions. Well state laws say differently. It isn't just her body, there is the body of a fetus/another human being to consider. It will be legal for the near & long term as I see it, however we will have the trimester/week limits in place across more districts, which I see as reasonable.
