Winter forecasts are starting to drop, and although I don't put much faith into these,  a La Niña event is promising for a cold snowy season.

Rode the railbed from Ormsby Jct to up past LSP. The staging lot @ Birds Creek was packed. Even a trailer w/ OH tag on it. Quite a few rigs parked @ the gas station in LSP.

Railbed was choppy from Birds Creek past LSP  . Good south to the Coe Hill turn.

I see that, 8 Monday and 14 and rain Tuesday, then plus temps for next few days afterwards.  I think areas will bounce back but I’ve done enough this year to pack it in.

Not so well.  He was leading the first lap when the PTO carb float valve stuck open and it started puking fuel. He was down at least three laps by the time he got it sorted. He did make a valiant effort to gain back ground, but it was too late. I think that he ended up two laps off the pace.

Wife finally agreed to go for a ride today. No doubt this will be the last ride in my area for the season. Rode to Calabogie for lunch at Rednecks Bistro. Nice place.

• We rode from Griffith to Bancroft via Weslemkoon Lake.  Back by Mcauthers Mills thru the old Trail 110. Saw tons of sleds...

Unloaded at massanoga and rode to Griffith. Came back through denbigh then onto Weslemkoon Lake and then did a few loops before heading back to the truck. 240km total and the trails were great

Nice guys glad you were able to get out.
