Whether anyone agrees with this or not we are treading down a dangerous road here. A red state might easily want to charge Biden with crimes and pursued in the right place would have zero problems getting a conviction. Should this include other countries? Would we allow a President to be charged with murder in another country for ordering military activities without a war declaration? The last 3 Presidents have all ordered the "murders" of "enemies."
