Trump does not have presidential immunity in January 6 case, federal appeals court rules

It was expected to go to the SC so no shock this coming from the DC circuit.

Whether anyone agrees with this or not we are treading down a dangerous road here.   A red state might easily want to charge Biden with crimes and pursued in the right place would have zero problems getting a conviction.

Should this include other countries?   Would we allow a President to be charged with murder in another country for ordering military activities without a war declaration?  The last 3 Presidents have all ordered the "murders" of "enemies."

Trump and his supporters(yourself included) have said Obama and Biden are guilty of treason more times than we can count. People who pay attention aren't falling for these bullshit arguments about immunity now.

But If he wasn’t able to fix the Supreme Court like he did during his term he would be in jail as a political prisoner no doubt
