In no way, shape or form should we be celebrating electing these shitty ass candidates.

Voting day is a national holiday in lots of countries, I think they have the right idea. Keep it on a Tuesday, so it doesn't turn into a long weekend for vacations like Memorial Day or Labor Day. I would think we would get a higher proportion of people to show up and vote, which would be good.

Maybe you don't get paid for the day unless you show up to work the next day with one of those 'I voted' stickers???   9_9

Make it like jury duty.  Or just make it on one of the holidays that many public employees already have off.

Republicans are against it. They want less people to vote so their failed party can have a chance to win.

We should definitely celebrate when mush brain dopey fuck Biden leaves the White House

Fuck you just peddle lies constantly, or at the very least you just repeat a narrative you been taught.  There are states that have them as state holidays.  Make it like jury duty, not a federal holiday where only FEDERAL employees have off.

I voted yes, it takes me a long time to fill out that stack of ballots. I'm thinking about having some little oval stickers made up to save time.

Voted yes only if it’s a paid holiday because we need more of them. Definitely not on a Saturday I don’t want to ruin a good day with non sense like voting keep that for work days.

It’s been up for a vote many, many times as a federal law only to fail.
