We just got our power back after loosing it for an hour and a half.

Haven't got the snow they predicted, but it has been blowing all night and day.

Cat refuses to leave the shop.

Dog refuses to go to the side of the house to take a crap.

Going a bit stir crazy.

Temp is now 36⁰ and dropping.

Slick, eh?

Down to 25⁰ and snowing. It's not supposed to accumulate more than an inch or two.

True story......the whole family got in the family truckster and headed to florida the day before the storm. When we got to florida we switch on the TV wearing shorts and sun tan lotion only to find out everyone was buried back home.  Two weeks in the sunshine state came back and it was all cleaned up.

Just looked outside and the sheets of ice they predicted didn't happen thank goodness, I'm sure there are icy spots but for the most part the pavement is dry.

That was one hell of a wind/rain here in Nova Scotia yesterday. We are only seconds away from the ocean and the sound from the waves crashing was unreal. The rain / wind has stopped and its 41 deg out at the moment.
