The fund blew the money as opposed to earmarking it for the UPS retirees. Always happy the federal government is ready and standing by to excuse and clean up after union malfeasance. That works both ways, there's plenty of stooges in govt. who don't handle the taxes of hard working Americans properly, like the current administration.
