A Slate blog?  You can't be serious?

Obamacare is a joke.   Having a HI card is not the same as care when the deductibles are as high as they are on these plans.   People with the plans don't often get care because they can't afford it anyway.

Obamacare is a complete joke unless you dont have a job ....then its great. This new Repub plan looks like a piece of shit as well

Not true, I know several people with jobs and a few that are business owners who get coverage through the market place. It could certainly be better but no insurance at all is worse.

Bullshit ....they are overpriced massively high deductible plans that are more or less catastrophic coverage. Prior to the ACA you could have bought the same plans for much less. Unless you are receiving a significant subsidy its a rip off

people like ben don't have a real clue about anything. just run their yaps because they heard something from another yahoo or in a chain e-mail. several important things people don't realize - obamacare users get certain coverages free, like routine check-ups. they also have co-pays, which go towards their deductibles. it's not like they're going to have to shell out $2500 for the first incident they have. If they have a major illness or injury, the amount they pay out is also capped. taking into consideration what some of these things can cost, these cap values are pretty low.

and received much less. you don't have a fucking clue about this shit. in your mind it's be ok for "joe" to buy some cheap ass insurance plan and then when something goes wrong and his coverage sucked, he still gets fixed. others essentially pick up the bill for him in cases like that. that is why some plans were not acceptable in the aca.
