Canadian tar sands oil (Keystone pipeline) has to be over $80/barrel to be profitable. Those other guys can produce it alot cheaper. But Saudis control the price. Saudis do control the price and volume of oil, and therein lies the problem, Biden quit being the Saudis bitch in Yemen, and released the report the killing of the reporter and that pissed off the king so he refuses to increase output and in fact raised the price of their oil.
