I went from my RR onto a buddies assault and what a terrible handling POS

mind you this RR may be the best diamond pounder I ever rode

2 very different machines...the Assault handles very well considering it has an uncoupled skid and it's track is 15" longer...that said what you gain is a very playful sled that can go off trail.

I’m sitting here wondering if you’re suggesting that 150’ of ungroomed trail is indicative of every trail here

Was talking to buddy who has a new doo 850. He had a 2020 cat before. He’s had about 25 new sleds.

I didn’t prompt him but he said the axys is tippy and a handful to get through windey trails.

ReSpOnDs WeLl To BoDy LaNgUaGe

means it’s TIPPY

horseshit,   its no tippier than any other sled and IMO better ergos than a Doo with the matryx even a bit better.

If you are going to be trail riding, be sure you have the thicker sway bar.

I'll take the thinner one please.  Visibility is what slows the corner, not my machine.

As for being tippy, any sled can be tippy if you ride it like you are a totem pole in a canoe.

Usually the problem with those that call new machines tippy.

Assault may have been one of the worst modern 800’s I ever rode

Lol.  Mine has converted a few Cats to Polaris.  Your predetermined feelings of it ruined your experience which seems to be par for the course in how you "think".

It’s not what I think. It’s what real riders say
