On grass the Yamaha’s we’re fast. On snow they were the slowest thing going Yeah couple inches of fresh slowed down the Yammies.

Couple ZR's, EXT's, S and F chassis Doo's and Yammies from the SX to the SRX. The SX was probably the flattest cornering when compared to the ZR's. It did rail extremely well. Cat had a bit of advantage as it could still hook up where the Yammies were shit out of the hole without aftermarket transfer rods which did slightly hurt their cornering on acceleration. We had a couple of ZRs in the group, back when I had my SX Yammie. Equally studded, with nothing more than a thin washer in place of the thick lower washer and hook up was similar. I could turn inside of them on every corner. Now, when the going got rough or in long straights, the Yammie would run out of suspension and steam. It was only a 600 twin though.
