Don't kid yourself Obama has told her to start distancing herself from him since she got stuck with the border crisis which we all know any slight victory there meant more walls, kicking people out who just came in and hardline stance with Mexico and other govts to stop the flow if migrants. They both have to resign or be incapacitated for the speaker to become potus. If he resigned Harris would nominate a VP that would have to be approved by a simple majority of both the house and senate.
