What’s really strange is how it became political. Even stranger how its affecting every country across the world, capitalist, socialist, communist, authoritarian, etc. Even stranger that not a single other country has figured out these therapies so they could have just avoided f-ing their economies, deaths, etc altogether. All.very.strange.

lots of other countries are using these proper treatments.

Which countries are using as their primary treatment? “Using” is not the same as officially endorsing, as example here in the states.

UV light therapies have been used for years with success. Just because people don't know this and because the Dem/Lib gov't laughed at it because of Trump touting it, doesn't mean it doesn't work. It still amazes me how many people will listen to and believe MSM as fact.

Ignore MSM, just read the randomized double blind clinical studies. They're called the golden standard for a reason.

And yet if ivermectin was proven in a clinical trial to work, you'd be all over it. :smack:

The head vaccinologist at the university of Guelph says all recent trials shows that ivermectin works, and pointed out that he was very skeptical of it.

India, Mexico, Panama, Slovakia and Czech Rep. have all had incredible success with Ivermectin.

You do understand that a vaccine CANNOT get emergency use authorization if a suitable treatment is available.

I'm all about it if it is proven effective. It seems like that's the biggest difference - I hope these types of things work, other hope vaccines don't work.

"Other hope the vaccine doesnt work"?  you saying others hope it wont work??   who is saying thAT?

and UV treatment is a thing with covid.

when we built the Covid hospital in Boston it was early on in the treatment of the bug, but ultra violet lights were brought in after a while and they were hung allll over the recovery areas. part of the recovery process was to take the patients out side as often as they could,, "when the sun was out".     UV light was a big part of treatment, strange it was not really talked about and the importance of it.

Those aren't clinical studies. Those timelines also coincide with mass availability of vaccine, and summer/warm weather (which you guys are keen on pointing out).

How many threads have been started casting doubt on the vaccine. How many threads have been started casting doubt on other "treatments?"

Agreed however their introduction should not be overlooked.   It obviously had a significant impact as well as other factors.  Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine have decades of safe use.   We don't have decades of data on mRNA vaccines.

The problem here remains that EUA cannot occur with suitable treatments so they WON'T give these proven safe alternatives a look in the US.   That and because Orange man said it might be effective.   I have a huge issue with that.  They wanted their vaccine so they made it political and ignored other possible alternatives.

And here I thought everyone had already made up their mind and thought it was a farce. Glad to hear glad to hear you're still hopeful for it - maybe we'll see some hopeful posts sometime soon.

Since this whole covid/vaccine thing started, I don't recall reading anything about anyone who wished/hoped this vaccine didn't work.

Again, where are you getting this from, or are you just assuming this is the case?
