I was happy with no deal. Pelosi and the dems can take a hike with their 4 trillion dollar plan. These idiots are spending us into a hole we’re not going to be able to get out of.

So you’re for the stripped down, trump economy plan?

Before you whine about the rich cut the waste.

  1. Government auditors spent the past five years examining all federal programs and found that 22 percent of them -- costing taxpayers a total of $123 billion annually -- fail to show any positive impact on the populations they serve.[4]
  2. The Congressional Budget Office published a "Budget Options" series identifying more than $100 billion in potential spending cuts.[5]
  3. Examples from multiple Government Accountability Office (GAO) reports of wasteful duplication include 342 economic development programs; 130 programs serving the disabled; 130programs serving at-risk youth; 90 early childhood development programs; 75 programs funding international education, cultural, and training exchange activities; and 72 safe water programs.[6]
  4. Washington will spend $2.6 million training Chinese prostitutes to drink more responsibly on the job.[7]
  5. A GAO audit classified nearly half of all purchases on government credit cards as improper, fraudulent, or embezzled. Examples of taxpayer-funded purchases include gambling, mortgage payments, liquor, lingerie, iPods, Xboxes, jewelry, Internet dating services, and Hawaiian vacations. In one extraordinary example, the Postal Service spent $13,500 on one dinner at a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, including "over 200 appetizers and over $3,000 of alcohol, including more than 40 bottles of wine costing more than $50 each and brand-name liquor such as Courvoisier, Belvedere and Johnny Walker Gold." The 81 guests consumed an average of $167 worth of food and drink apiece.[8]

Only if we are spending it on poor and working class people.....then it matters bigtime

Oh well yeah but I'm just thinking that it's such a huge number growing exponentially by the month now it's insane.  None of them even care about the total number

Right....it doesn’t matter one bit. They are all for spending trillions when it’s lining pockets at Goldman and Blackrock

Why only republicans?  Get out the lifers in office and maybe something can be done about it.

Are you really this dumb? Because republicans are SUPPOSED to be conservative. They are the ones who preach about fiscal responsibility when someone else is being reckless and they quiet as a church mouse when they are being reckless. Democrats dont pretend to be fiscally responsible. even tho they are less reckless than republicans historically. Republican party is a fraud.

When was the last time you have heard republican or saw a republican politician do what you are saying?  Republican voters want that, but it hasn't happened for years, so this isn't something to pin on that any longer.

Then why bring it up?  If you truly think it is the republicans that can fix it, then great, but if you know this, why would expect it?
