Florida, continuing on with their Beach and hotel access. Both are heavy spring break destinations but one is adhering to CDC precautions and the other is allowing business to continue forward. I understand that...pretty sure Texas is still open for business including ALOT of spring breakers but when it comes to providing relief during a national crisis like this the Federal Government has an obligation and should be well supplied.
