Still don’t understand. May be a different market there but trades around here who want to keep the same people long term aren’t union and offer profit sharing, higher wages etc to keep the best.

Family owned since 1935, did 20 million in service and 25 million in project work last year. One of our competitors did 500 million last year.

Your better off with them, just make sure they know it and reward you proper.

They treat me like family and I treat them Like family.  Not to many employers out there like that anymore.:bc:

In Michigan they just picket, here they show up with this enormous rat (and picket) on jobs that non union workers are working. Ive seen it a few times around here.
