2nd highest hey...so not a record. Good talk

The Basilica have flooded 6 times in 1,200 years.   4 in the last 20 years.

How's those wild fires in California?  Oh right, they forgot to rake the forest.

Whoops.

So it’s precedented and not even a record. Wow!

It's called weather.  It's always changing.  It has been cold and wet for over a year by me.  It happened before and it will happen again.  We will break high/low temp and wet/dry precipitation records and it has happened since these records started being recorded.  It's nothing special, out of the ordinary or caused by anything man has done or can control.  Implementing a tax, driving more electric vehicles, or stopping coal production in North America will do nothing to change it.   Get passed that.

6 over 1,200 years.  4 in the last 20.  Just in case you didn't figure that out.

Venice is an awesome place.

Venice is a cool little town that has some interesting history and some interesting architecture. Its cool because you take a boat to get to town and many times you will have to boat to your hotel or residence.

Venice is also a total shithole that has a massive rat problem. As soon as the sun goes down rats the size of cats come out and begin scouring the land looking for trash to eat. Venice also stinks like dead flesh. The only think keeping the stench down is the breeze always blowing. Venice also has a huge problem with panhandlers.  We were hassled by panhandlers continually when we were out in the public places in Venice.

Venetians have been working to keep their city from sinking for hundreds of years. The town is built out of unstable dirt and wooden pilings dumped on top of silt. The entire town is under a constant state of repair trying to ensure the pilings and dirt dont sink into the ocean.

So Global Warming  (can't call it that now as southern Ontario has now hit -20C in Novemeber again this Year) "Climate Change" not only caused a high tide but it flooded a city that has been sinking since the 5th Century ?... that's 1500 years.

Fuck I've been wrong, things are bad, the planet really is on fire.... well except Venice

007 almost died in one of those sinking buildings.   BTW Eva Green was hot as fuck in that movie.
