I negotiate on my own coming in knowing what benefits the company has as standard so I'll adjust accordingly. I'll likely lose my yearly bonus now too because of this strike. We're having a global meeting this morning and the CEO along with the owners were already in before 6:30. Chances are we might be getting more furlough weeks.
