Freedumb You do realize that who really pushed for a dictator like the Shaw over an elected ruler was Great Britian. GB had all the oil interests in Iran not the US and had taken a very interventionist path with regards to the governing of Iran. All of which is in Stark contrast to the path the US took with it's dealings with Saudi Arabia where the majority of it's oil holdings were.
