Platinum Contributing Member Highmark Posted April 19, 2018 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted April 19, 2018 I know some of you love Judge Nap's opinions. Clinton didn't disclose payments to law firm for opposition research. Oops. Campaign finance might be the least of her worries. http://insider.foxnews.com/2018/04/19/judge-nap-jeff-sessions-should-reopen-clinton-email-probe-due-evidence-espionage Judge Andrew Napolitano said Thursday that he has implored Attorney General Jeff Sessions to reopen the Hillary Clinton email investigation, and that Clinton's guilt of espionage is "overwhelming." Napolitano's comments come amid lawmakers' calls for a criminal probe into the Obama administration. Eleven GOP House lawmakers sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department on Wednesday, asking for a probe into Clinton as well as former FBI leads James Comey and Andrew McCabe, and former attorney general Loretta Lynch. "[Clinton] shouldn't be immune from prosecution because she ran for president and lost, or because her last name is Clinton," Napolitano said. The Fox News senior judicial analyst said that he has been asking Sessions to reopen the investigation "for months." Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) demanded on "Fox & Friends" Wednesday that the DOJ investigate the former secretary of state for her campaign's handling of payments to strategic intelligence firm Fusion GPS. "You're supposed to disclose your expenditures," DeSantis said. "If you're going after [Michael] Cohen, why isn't anybody also looking at how the Clintons handled this?" Fuck that! Yeah. I don’t think there is shit on Trump at all but they all want this idiotic distraction to just go away. Mueller and his Dems will agree to end it all if they can bury all this Clinton/Obama/Lynch/Comey fuckery. Then...back to business.....except for the crying-ass Dem fans who don’t realize t was the best thing going for their idiotic team of misfits. I get how Trump had to get some 'locals" in his cabinet to ease the transition, but its clear that some of these people just need to go. Too cozy with the Washington insiders, and there is nothing Trump can do to ingratiate himself with them. So fuck it, get rid of him. No Russian collusion, and FBI/DOJ was corrupt likely at Obama's bidding. Comey got fired, McCabe is being recommended for prosecution. Muellers probe is a joke and a witch hunt. Lets see what they have on Cohen, and it better be good given they just ignored lawyer/client privilege with a sitting president. The real investigation is just getting started. Those are facts. Sorry if that confuses you.

McCabe will end up with a mild slap on the wrist over this. besides, it's not even certain that he didn't have the authority to do what he did. McCabe has already been reprimanded over this.....he was fired 26 hours before retirement. The IG has to refer charges, it’s the way it works since it’s not his decision to make. The IG has another report out next month about anti-Hillary FBI leakers. That will be interesting to see.

Getting fired from the #2 post at the FBI 26 hrs from retirement is a little more than a reprimand chuckle nuts, and referring a case for prosecution is a touch more than a slap on the wrist. You and Slinger really don’t get how serious this is. Moto and Ben are always complaining about corrupt cops, this is about as corrupt as it gets from some very powerful people. Okay, what point are you trying to make? That getting fired is already punishment enough for this? Bear in mind, he hasn’t been charged, tried or found guilty yet. Prosecutors would still have to investigate and determine whether charges are appropriate and whether or not they have any chance of winning the case. McCabe says he didn’t intentionally mislead anyone, so maybe charging him would be the best thing so he has a chance to clear his name? Inspector General Michael Horowitz has referred McCabe to the U.S. Attorney's Office for Washington, D.C., according to a source familiar with the matter. The source asked not to be identified as discussing the sensitive ongoing case. Such referrals are not uncommon when the Justice Department IG has completed its work, but they don't automatically trigger any action. Prosecutors could try to prove that McCabe broke the law, or they could do nothing. A spokeswoman for McCabe said he was advised of the referral in the past few weeks. The spokeswoman said lawyers for McCabe believe that the referral is "unjustified." "We are confident that, unless there is inappropriate pressure from high levels of the administration, the U.S. Attorney's Office will conclude that it should decline to prosecute," the spokeswoman's written statement said. https://www.npr.org/2018/04/19/604048396/justice-department-refers-mccabe-to-prosecutors-but-unclear-if-theyll-charge-him
