Sorry to hear about saddie.  She'll be fine tho. She has good parents

Thanks men....I went to the store earlier and she sat there and watched me go with a look like....Hey what about me? It's rare we go a day without some sort of walk or hike.

Ouch!!!  Glad she is going to be alright.

Having a good vet makes all the difference :bc:

Our first dog ripped herself open like that crawling out of her kennel. Bent the door and tried to slide through. I couldn't believe the gash she had in her belly.

Rushed her to vet that we had used for years.  Was so paniked , I forget my wallet. They wouldn't let me take her home and come back up to pay bill. Turned her right around and locked her up.  Really pissed me off.

Damn that is some bullshit. Dr. Rob handed me the bill last night and said to just settle up this week.

That is how our new vet is.....guy will even make house calls.  New puppy was there sick, and he took her home to keep an eye on her during the night.

Hey Jimmy, I meant to ask... what happened to your daughter anyway?

Not sure when or how it happened but she had a small piece of kneecap that fractured off and it was loose and causing pain...been bugging her for awhile and went to three different orthos before this one said well let's just remove the fragment so that's what he did.  We went to a local guy here and he said it was a kneecap tracking issue so he sent us to a specialist in East Lansing and holy fuck that guy wanted to cut and reattach tendons and some other invasive stuff....glad we didn't do any of that. Thanks for asking.
