    Seafoam

Carquest carries the 4 Ltr jugs of it too, at least the new Bowmanville store does. (I assume they are all the same?) It is cheaper this way, like most things when you buy in bulk, so that is what I usually purchase. I just have 3-4 saved tins and decant it in those if and when I need to.

    Winter 2017

Same with down here, but a great horned owl and what I think is a Peregrine Falcon have been around here lately too. I wouldn't have believed the great horned owl in these parts but I seen it for myself after I got woken up at midnight due the skunk smell that made it's way into the house! Those suckers are huge! Seen this one a couple years ago but unsure what type of bird it is?

Same to you, Dave, and everyone else.

Great game last night! I especially like the sign. "Would rather get punched in May than knocked out in October". Kudos to who ever thought that one up!
  5. Glad to hear it was nothing serious, Tinker. Only 50,000 km's on my 6 sp but I have been thinking about changing out all fluids soon. Not that I need to, I am just anal that way. Speaking of which, have you changed/looked at your plugs yet? I am due based on the manual service interval, but it fires right up, runs great and still has all it's power as far as I can tell? No issues with my 6 sp yet, other than some wonky/funny shifts when it's cold. I usually throw it in neutral when the truck is warming up before I go, especially in the winter, and it seems to help, but sometimes it makes me scratch my head why it shifts like it does occasionally?
  6. I haven't owned a Chevy/GM truck that could go over 150,000 Km's with my last 3 trucks! 2 motors, and one tranny. (and other issues!) all under those Km's. My Ram only has around 50,000 so it's way too early to see if some of those issues will pop up with it, but I am still loving it to this day. It's a 2013.
  7. I didn't really see much of him prior to last nights game, and thought maybe Laine could have went first overall, but after watching last nights game, and the game prior, he definitely changed my mind!! If he stays healthy, he is going to be one heck of a hockey player! Playing for Babcock and the new Leafs won't hurt him like it would have just a couple years ago. The Leafs had a way of doing that to some of their talent.
  8. I agree! Not that I'm a huge Columbus fan, but I was disappointed when they picked him to coach the team. He then traded his best player in, Johansen, which was a dumb move imo, even if Johansen was struggling.
  9. Not a crazy amount of km's but about the norm for these types of things to start happening these days it seems. Did you do much towing?
  10. Not a chance! It ain't over yet, but it is going to be one hell of a 3rd period. If Canada gets another quick one, watch the whiny American team resort to goonery/dirty play! Hopefully Tort's get involved and pays the price too! Don't much care for that guy at all.

    Blue Jays

That might be the case with some players, but there is something up, some distraction/conflict imo. Whatever it is, we will never find out. Hope they can pull of another win tonight however!

    World Cup of Hockey

Seriously? I didn't think many NHLer's cared for him too much? Great game tonight so far! Hope they can carry the momentum to the end!!

    Blue Jays

If they make the play offs? Something is up with them? Definitely not playing like they are capable. I also predict Gibbons (and others) will be gone if they fail to make the post season.
  14. Hoping to do mine next week-end, George? Been riding the gravy train the last few week-ends so I haven't had time. The summer went way too fast!

    World Cup of Hockey

I have been watching when I have had the chance. Watched Canada dominate the game last night and also caught some of the U.S. losing 3-0. Surprised Torts didn't lose it in the post game but I don't imagine he was too nice in the dressing room!
  16. Our first sled was a 69 Nordic, only a 399E. It came with a cigarette lighter. The thing was a tank and Dad cursed us every time we got it stuck! I bounced the front of it off a fence post when I was about 10 and couldn't believe there wasn't a mark on it! Scared the crap out of me thinking my old man was going to be furious!
  17. Still Irv, just not on here much anymore but will likely change once winter comes and I am able to ride.
  18. My bud's current boat, and his previous noisy one! I saw god in his previous noisy one!
  19. There is a lot of truth in that! My 13 Ram is still problem free with almost 50,000 km's on it. I did upgrade the brakes/rotors (slotted/drilled) when it came time for a brake job, but that was only because I got them at cost and my buddy, who is a mechanic, owed me one. Ram for the win!
  20. Glad I read this. I wasn't aware of that, thinking it was still legal. Thanks, Sean. Been on Crowe lake lately?
  21. 104 on GPS so far, and he is still playing with props. Those suckers are pricey!
  22. I quit becoming a CM back in October as, imo, the writing was on the wall that this place was going to implode! Around the same time I also quit frequenting the site as I just got tired of the same old B.S. and liked you mentioned, sick of those who had no scruples. Hopefully, (which I sense things have been going good so far) it lasts and doesn't turn back into what it once was.
