If he’s doing time in state prison, it’s a felony that he was convicted. Given the nature of his crime, internet access will probably be restricted under the rules of his extended supervision upon release. His sentence began 9/6/17. Looks like he got 18 months with some time served. If he was recently convicted of some additional charges while incarcerated, the courts may have gone with concurrent sentencing.
