Yep and on that rink you are not allowed to figure skate, have a hockey stick , no hot chocolate, no cell phones and they have a sign up saying that the ice may be slippery.

Those signs are up for the benefits of our new citizens, that aren,t sure about our white sand, that we call snow and slippery ice. We have to protect ourselves from having to many more 10 million dollar settlements, in case someone gets hurt. LOL

The government spends so wisely

http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/ottawa/parliament-hill-rink-skating-canada-150-heritage-1.4416220

$5.6M for a skating rink on Parliament hill that would be open only from Dec 7 to Dec 31. Now due to the backlash about the stupidity of it all it will be open until the end of February

That's gonna bring the cost up to over 10 million.

America has been in a financial death spiral since 2001. More wars and more tax cuts should wrap things up rather quickly.

Trudeau is building the most government dependent middle class in the world.  Sunny ways.

I know, every time we turn around one form of government is offering yet another hand out.

But I don't quite understand how people are so convinced that Donald Trump is responsible for the US continuing its' recovery but somehow Trudeau has nothing to do with Canada having the best performance in the G7 (Yes, better than the US.)

A rebound in energy is somehow his doing plus the projected growth is back to 2%.  BFD.

It's completely a false economy.

 so is the US. 100% Complete debt based economy. The stock market is running P/E's as high as they've been since the crash of 1929 and the feds need to raise interest rates by quite a bit. Guess why they haven't?

Don't forget some other critical factors such as cost of living and exchange rate. An average house in Toronto is now $775,500.00. The average rent for a one bedroom is $1776.00. Gas is $1.22 per litre or $4.61 per US gallon. Thanks to Trudope we are now the most indebted country in the world. Then of course we have Trudope to contend with. How does that stack up compared to where you are in the US?

 I hate socialists. Canadians are socialists. How much is a case of beer going for up there? That's enough to hate socialism right there.
