TheOtherDoonut
Muskoka getting hammered. Snow for 3 days straight...calling for another 2 feet by Saturday. 3rd snow day in a row for schools(what a joke). I started on a snow depth stick but didn't get around to numbers and a good position yet...my wood pile is in the way in this pic. Still you can get an idea. Do you always leave your docks in the water like that? It doesn't wreck them?

Always and been good for 10 years since we owned the place, plus we are in a protected bay.

Our lake drops about 8 feet so we pull it up on shore. It has wheels underneath. Left our original dock in for 2 winters and it was screwed after the 2nd. Who cares though, if it works its a lot less pain in the ass

We looked at a place on a lake (Wahwashkes or whatever) that had a massive spring change and no doubt the docks would not have lasted there.
