wow, that's sweet. my buddies were there this weekend for their annual trip. had a great time as always. last time i went i ate shit two days in a row. then climbing my guts out. it was fun but 5 hours is a long ride for riding bikes. have done numerous sled trips that far. too bad i didn't know ckf back then, we could have met up for a cocktail or something...

Last weekend on the great sacandaga kayak fishing. Caught some nice smallies but I struggled with good photos having a broken finger. I got 6 in the boat , one jumped right by my shoulder after a spectacular leap

hard to beat fall colors from the water on glass

we had the best fall weather ever. 5 days of perfect. i don't get it like that on the regular. adirondacks is raining now , or later, but it's raining. my buddy didn't come so i was way out there by myself. there were more islands i could have hit but i was getting miles away from the campground , that lake is a big bitch and can change personality quick. you can see the lake level is way down , they always drop it this time of year. on my way in the ranger at the booth said i would be fishing "the dead sea" . i told him you haven't met me yet. i was killing them with the mepps. i had no fish finder so i didn't have the ability to see structure. the edges were mostly sand, ain't catching shit there. at one point i was in the middle , bounced off a stump. water went from deep to stump village. caught a couple there. probably could have cleaned house there , but after 5 hours i was ready to get out

we're on the northeast side of town

Yeah if you zoom in I’m pretty sure that’s the 39/51/29 intersection - that is looking NE off Granite Peak on the lifts… kids were out there today.  Clark County is awesome right now - fall colors “traffic” was crazy on 10.  (Regardless what these two show)

Daughter and I took a little hike I’ve been wanting to do for a while today. Foliage wasn’t as good as I was hoping but lots of cool old cellar holes and old stone wagon bridges neat stuff.IMG_6450.thumb.jpeg.04a8bbb02707caaa610487fa57b35727.jpegIMG_6458.thumb.jpeg.fffef46d9cecddbac17e0793acb03915.jpegIMG_6479.thumb.jpeg.6d6b0bb54205d6809bde4bc740c16b29.jpegIMG_6476.thumb.jpeg.01c183d8419745530e4269dc3512903d.jpegIMG_6486.thumb.jpeg.dbc9dc3775e49031cb527c4260807791.jpeg

Traffic in the White's has been crazy from what I have been seeing on FB. The trail to Artists Bluff in Franconia looks like a crowd trying to get into a sold out event.

Sounds like a nightmare lol. We were up couple weeks ago the leaves weren’t great yet but you could see tons of people already on artist bluff from the road…hard pass. We had the trail to ourselves yesterday down here exactly how I like it.

I have gotten used to the laid back atmosphere here in Vermont. I don't think that I would enjoy living in the Ossipee / Tamworth now.
