Don’t cigars have nicotine in them? You didn’t really give it up if that’s the case maybe I’m wrong not a smoker. I smoke cigars occasionally amd you dont really inhale with them. Plus I dont remember getting any cravings from a cigar. Not saying your wrong, just not 100% right.

When I quit smoking cigarettes, I had the worst headaches of my life the first day. None of that happens with cigars. I was off cigarettes for several years before I picked up cigars.

I’d still think it’s getting absorbed in your mouth maybe not to the extent of inhaling to your lungs but you’re getting something I’d think maybe I’m wrong idk 22 minutes ago, XCR1250 said: Anything that burns is poison, plus cigarettes have many Cancer causing ingredients. Everything causes cancer. I’ve smoked maybe 2 cigarettes in my life just wasn’t for me plus I huff in body shop fumes all day probably don’t need to add cigarettes to the mix lol

My buddy did Chantix and it worked, but his wife stressed him in to smoking again. He also took ambien for sleep, that he said was evil
