So you feel that Trump should force states to allow a foreign country to run pipelines through there state? The US doesn't use the type of oilsands that the keystone would carry, and in addition it would take up refinement capacity that could be used for oil we do use. OPEC can cut back and nullify any gains that the keystone could supply, and currently some of their own members are not even meeting their allowed quotas.
