If they are an illegal/undocumented how do they provide documents proving who they are and so a background check can be done to show they can legally own a firearm and do not have criminal history that would not allow them to legally own a firearm?

I think its a 4 page legal document I have to fill out for a background check before I can walk out the door with a firearm. I think muzzle loader/ flint locks do not require a background check. Even with a carry conceal license I still have to pass a background check.

Nominated by Obama.   Bet she would limit 2nd amendment rights for Americans in a heartbeat. 

Unfortunately this has come up a number of times that people here illegally do have constitutional rights such as due process.   If they have them they must have the others.
