Cold War
Where is Dana Nessel on these atrocities committed on the people of Michigan. Right under her pointy nose. Too busy going after hard working business owners who object to children being butchered.
racer254
I had unemployment drawn against me last year...it was a fraud case. They got 2 weeks using my information. I asked where did the checks get sent? I got no unemployment check in the mail? They said it was sent as a direct deposit into an account. I am just amazed at how this happens. They have to get in touch with the company you are working for to be approved for unemployment. That should be the first place they are stopped. 2nd, If they are sending it direct deposit, how hard would it be to check the owner on the account? 3rd, If they just sent the checks to the address of the person getting the unemployment it would be less likely to have this fraud. So many ways to stop this, but the DWD just seems to worry very little about....of course, there could also be someone on the inside letting this happen. The fact that the Michigan AG was busy with pressers declaring war on hair dressers. The only reason this is coming to light is because their crimes crossed state lines and the Feds got involved. Sophisticated fraud goes on everyday on all levels in America. There’s no way to effectively stop it unless a global, cashless society is formed. Best that can be done is keep investigating and charge and convict those responsible.

So the only way to stop the fraud is to remove the rights of innocent people. A cashless society is about control, not fraud. They could easily end much of the fraud with simple controls. She wasn’t “investigating “ She is a partisan hack who feels she was appointed to punish anyone with opposing political views. Just another example of how the State miserably failed the residents and they wanted to sweep it under the rug because it makes them look bad. 1

T-Mobile requires the same. None the less my info was hacked. The 2008 financial collapse was all due to fraud. It might have been prevented if the senior, SEC regulators that were co-opted by the military were replaced with high paid financial specialists. But instead the federal government’s low pay brought on a lot of entry level kids to replace them. We alll know the result. It’s the same in industry with cyber security. If the business wants to pay a security firm to set up protocols they can certainly prevent a disaster. Many don’t because of cost. Fraud prevention is very expensive and many don’t want to pay for it.

Make the penalty severe enough people may think twice. What does one get for UI fraud? Probably less then a dude who sells his bud an eightball of coke. When we went to court her case against me wad dismissed and the court charged her with UI fraud. Apparently she was collecting from the state while working for me....they only made her pay restitution and put her on a pretty easy payment plan.

It’s fun watching you and Dumbski blame the D’s in charge for every little issue while Turing a blind eye to the 40+ years of Repug rule
